Casita Privada - This two-story “townhouse” was designed to be a completely self-sufficient living space with its own kitchen. |
 The architecture combines both palapa with teja-tile roof and handcrafted pillars, banisters and railings. This casita is home to Casa Viva’s laundry, electrical and storage facilities.

If you are planning an extended stay, this is the place for you. The second story bedroom is the coolest place to sleep as you enjoy the ocean breeze from up high. The view is panoramic of the entire property, and beyond, to the beach and to the mountains. The porch provides a comfortable living room or extra sleeping space — hang a hammock or throw down an air mattress.
