Reservations:

High Season: (November through May)

    $6000* USD per week for entire property

    *$7500 USD for Christmas Week.


Low Season: (June through October)

    $4000 USD per week for entire property

Suites (Round and Square Casita) can be rented individually at:
$175.00 a night low season (May 1-Oct 31)
$260.00 a night high season (Nov 1- Apr 30)

Casita Privada can be rented for:
$125.00 a night low season (May 1-Nov 15)
$175.00 a night high season (Nov 16- Apr 30)
Long term rates can be negotiated.

Tapanco/Sleeping Porch rents for:
$100.00 a night low season (May 1-Oct 31)
$150.00 a night high season (Nov 1- Apr 30)
Long term rates can be negotiated.

All rooms are double occupancy or per family per night and includes breakfast and all the beer you can drink.

Extra beds are available in each Casita at $50 per person for those over 18 years of age.

Tapanco is the sleeping porch over Common Area and includes two single beds set up separate or joined, each additional bed at $50/night high or low season. Tapanco fits up to 6 beds.

Caretaker and housekeeper services included.
Prices include all taxes.

Casa Viva rents on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Check out time is at 4 PM and check in is at 7 PM. Booking is arranged Saturday-to-Saturday; check in and out time is flexible based on flight schedule.
